Mail Lists for Control, SCADA, Calibration and other topics detailed below. These must be subscribed to separatly as indicated. Some also have web pages which may indicate the types of topics debated. These are also discussion groups but instead of logging into the newsgroups the threads are sent directly to your mail box. They are generally moderated and more disciplined than the News Groups. They can be quite influential in forming opinion.

• Control.com is the product of the famous Automation Control Mail List The purpose of this list or group is to foster discussion among those involved in the development and use of automation-related technologies as applied in manufacturing processes. Shared experience and knowledge in a non-promotional and technically diverse venue is the goal.
  It is administered by Ken Crater, who may be reached via email at ken@control.com.
  This is a very active list with lots of lively discussion.

• Manufacturing Marketing Discussion Forum
  Need a solution for a tough automation or control problem? Ask other control engineers who have the answers. Join the Manufacturing Marketing Discussion Forum from Manufacturing Marketing part of the Cahners publishing group.
• Productivity Dialogue
  Is a forum, sponsored by ISA for executives who either supply or apply software and hardware in manufacturing processes. Is an interactive web-site based on short discussion-provokers that are sent to participants by email.

• Scada Mail List

• M2M Automation
  M2Mautomation.com is an Internet portal with focus on the M2M industry. It covers news, articles, press releases, surveys and other information. there are about 30.000 sessions / month and it is growing rapidly
• Ethernet Mail-List

• Calibration Mail List
  
  ISO Guide 25 Discussion List is a moderated distribution list for those persons active in Performance Based Quality Laboratory Accreditation Systems. It encompasses all national standards arising from the ISO Guide 25 base document. It is a forum for national and international participants who are interested in sharing and exchanging ISO 25 information and experiences evolving from the implementation of the International Organization for Standardization ISO/IEC Guide 25 "General Requirements for the Competence of Calibration and Testing Laboratories".

• Production Technology mail list
  One of the services that ICTnet Catalan Institute of Technology allows is a tecnological lists groups about: Internet, wire and satelit, information technology, production technology, quality, management,.... Besides this list offers people an space for discussing, each list spreads a weekly technological newsletters with links, notices and news related with respectives themes. There is information also available in English. They also operate a Production Technology mail list (in Spanish).

• Y2K mail List
