Flared tubing guards against leaks - Processing hazardous fluids can be potentially dangerous with poor connections in analytical instruments. Diba Industries' Flared Tubing Assemblies ensure tight fluid connections for consistent, leak-free processing. Using a proprietary thermal forming technique, Diba flares the end of its tubing assemblies, backing it with a washer and threaded bottom seal fitting to create a leak tight seal. By eliminating the need for a ferrule, compressed tip or flanged insert, flow path diameter and consistent volume are maintained in sample, reagent, wash, waste and other types of lines.  The tight connection provided by Diba's Flared Tubing Assemblies can greatly reduce or eliminate dead volumes and carryover problems. The washer and fitting hold the tubing in place to keep tubes from pulling out and causing leaks.
