The Industrial Computing
Society has booked "Brauerei Schumacher" (close to the Altstadt or "Old City" centre of Düsseldorf)
for a typical German evening.
If you are a member or if you are interested in Industrial Computing and the aims of the Society you will want to meet colleagues to discuss experiences, exchange ideas and views and have a good time.
The fare will be typical in a German buffet with
Schweinshaxe, Gehacktes, Wiener Wuerstchen, Nuernberger Bratwuerstchen, Floenz (a speciality from Düsseldorf),
Sauerkraut, and a lot of others... and then the typical beer from Düsseldorf,
(it's "Altbier" and it has a good taste).
Price will be for each person DM 35,- (EUR 18,- = $19 US)
AlterSys who market the Virgo 2000 (SCADA) product and who are the only Canadian company exhibiting this year have very generously agreed to sponsor the beer.
